The clerks at the front desk are nasty and stingy. Wi fi has a difficult system that I have never seen it before. The Coffee maker was not working when I had my breakfast. The only thing I liked was the location

Very good location in the city center. Helful staff at reception. But the airconditioning in the whole hotel was not working which made the stay unbearable at 30C heat. Very sad not to be informed in advance while the problem was already few days long…

Top class service from start to finish. A really warm welcome from the reception, rooms were lovely, a great nights sleep and decent continental breakfast with also hot bacon, sausage, beans and scrambled egg. A three minute walk from the nearest tube station and half hour walk from the main railways station. Nearer to, the old town was approx twenty minutes walk away. All walks felt safe

Most of the rooms are the same (twin rooms) but you pay different rates if you are single or with partner. Also you have a full day parking for 15€. And you have to evacuate the parking once you check out, even though you paid for a full day!!!! After check out if you want to stay longer you have to pay additional 3€ per hour
